Meet Dr. Muhammad
Chasity Muhammad, DDS
Dr. Chasity D. Muhammad is a compassionate general dentist who believes exceptional dentistry begins with trust, education, and prevention. She is passionate about creating a comfortable environment where patients feel heard, informed, and empowered to take an active role in their oral health. Dr. Muhammad particularly enjoys restorative dentistry, endodontic treatment, and cosmetic dentistry, combining science, precision, and artistry to improve the health, function, and appearance of her patients’ smiles.
Dr. Muhammad earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Tuskegee University and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Howard University College of Dentistry. She completed a General Practice Residency at Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry, where she received advanced training in general dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery, and the care of medically compromised patients, with clinical rotations at Veterans Affairs Hospital and Nashville General Hospital.
Accomplishments and Personal Life
A proud Howard University graduate, Dr. Muhammad has a lasting connection to the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia area and is excited to begin this new chapter in Annapolis, where she has family and fond memories. She has also been actively involved in dental outreach and community service, including initiatives in Jamaica, Tennessee, and Washington, D.C. Her professional affiliations include the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, National Dental Association, and Howard University College of Dentistry Alumni Association. Her honors include Nashville Top 30 Under 30, Nashville Emerging Leaders Class of 2024, and the Georgetta Manning-Cox Dental Outreach Award.
Outside the office, Dr. Muhammad enjoys traveling, visiting museums and art exhibits, and spending quality time with family and friends. She looks forward to building meaningful relationships with her patients and becoming an active part of the Annapolis community.
